The 2018 Buick Cascada debuted earlier in Europe as the Opel Cascada. Buick’s first two-door convertible since the 1991 Reatta. Built on GM’s Delta II platform, the Cascada aimed to blend cruiser comfort and elegant styling under a modest price tag. Three trim levels were available, Base, Premium and Sport Touring. The Sport Touring (top tier) offers aesthetic upgrades including black-painted trim, glossy black grille and mirror caps, red contrast stitching, piano‑black accents inside, sport pedals, and a flat-bottom steering wheel—part of the Dark Effects package. Under the hood is a 1.6‑liter turbocharged inline‑4 engine producing 200hp and 207lb‑ft of torque, with short bursts up to 221lb‑ft using an overboost feature. Power is sent to the front wheels via a six-speed automatic transmission.

This Cascada is in the Sport Touring Trim and includes the optional Dark Effects Package. It was purchased in 2023 as a GM Certified Pre-Owned. I am the second owner.
