1963 Buick Riviera
--- SOLD ----

Presented here is a design that is considered by many to be Bill Mitchell's finest work. The 1963 Riviera was called "The Car of the Century"
at Buick's 100th anniversary. Perhaps you don't agree, but the competition is scarce. This example is finished in silver with silver interior.
The bulky OEM seats have been upgraded with '97 Firebird seats custom upholstered with the original pattern from the '63 Riviera.

The points type ignition has been replaced with an MSD-6A. The original Dynaflow has been upgraded to a 700R4
(4-speed automatic w/O.D.) and a Lokar shifter. Front brakes have been replaced with discs using a Scarebird conversion.

Chassis number is 7J 105013. Production date is 3rd week of January, with the spare in the well of the trunk.. Those familiar with the 63 will
know that vehicles manufactured towards the end of the run production had the spare mounted over the differential. This car was repainted
from the rear of the doors forward in 2012. It still looks quite good, even up close.
